Are payments secure?
We offer 4 types of secure payment:

1/ Payment by credit card (3D Secure)
Your credit card payment is made on the payment site of our partner bank, LCL (Crédit Lyonnais). The confidential information on your payment card will be encrypted so that it cannot be intercepted.

3D Secure (also known as "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode") is an authentication-based payment system that guarantees optimum security for your online purchases. During payment, your bank checks the identity of the cardholder before validating the transaction.

How it works
Once you have validated your bank details, you are transferred to your bank's website.
In the 3D Secure window that appears, the authentication procedure to be followed is specific to each bank. You may be asked to :

  • enter your date of birth,
  • enter a code received by text message,
  • or answer a personal question.

This exchange of information between you and your bank is secure. It guarantees the identity of the card user.

If you have any questions about your 3D Secure code (obtaining, losing, changing, etc.), please contact your bank directly.

2/ Paypal payment
You don't need to enter your credit card numbers, just your e-mail address and the password for your PayPal account.

Payment solutions in several monthly instalments

3/ Payment by PayPal 4X
Payment by PayPal 4X is free and allows you to spread your payment over 4 instalments.

4/ Payment by ALMA
Alma is a secure payment solution that allows you to pay in 2, 3 or 4 instalments. Charges are then added to the amount of the order. The smaller the number of monthly instalments, the lower the charges.

My payment has been refused
If your payment has been refused, please contact your bank directly to check that you have sufficient funds or that your bank card has not been blocked.

Can I change the order I have placed?
You can change your order as long as it has not yet been prepared and dispatched. To do this, contact us using the contact form and leave a message with your order number or chat to a Streetshoesaddict account manager who will tell you how to proceed.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. To do this, contact us using the contact form or by Chat, a Streetshoesaddict customer representative will tell you how to proceed.

I have not received my order
You can contact us via the contact form or by Chat, a Streetshoesaddict account manager will answer all your questions.

Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days in mainland France and 3 to 5 working days in other European countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, etc.).

I have received products that do not correspond to my order
We offer a simple returns procedure. Simply click on "Delivery and Returns Policy" at the bottom of the site and follow the various steps.

I placed an order or several orders by mistake
Contact our Streetshoesaddict customer service representatives via the contact form or by chat indicating your error so that we can help you.

I have not received a confirmation email for my order and/or my customer account
Sometimes this type of email arrives in your spam folder. If the email in question is not there, please contact our Streetshoesaddict customer representatives via the contact form or by telephone on (see opening hours).

We will check your customer account details.

I cannot access my account
If you are unable to connect to your Streetshoesaddict customer account, please contact us via the contact form or by Chat, giving us your email address so that a Streetshoesaddict customer representative can resolve the problem.

I'm having problems with my basket
Can't complete your purchase? Are you unable to add products to your basket? Contact us using the contact form or by Chat, a Streetshoesaddict account manager will help you finalise your order. This is usually a temporary technical problem. Do not hesitate to contact us, we will quickly rectify the situation.

I can't place my order
For all online ordering problems, contact our StreetShoesAddict account managers via the contact form or by Chat, a Streetshoesaddict account manager will assist you to finalise your order.

Has my order been dispatched?
You can track the progress of your order directly from your customer area. As soon as your order has been dispatched, an automatic email will be sent to you with your tracking number.

Have you received the items I returned?
When you return goods, refunds are usually made within 72 working hours of receipt of the order at our address in France. However, depending on the time of year, refunds may take up to 7 working days.
